Service scope

The platform attempts to match guests in event media and render reels. Match quality depends on photo quality, lighting, face visibility and the organizer’s uploaded media.

Acceptable use

Users may submit only their own selfie or an image they are authorized to use. Organizers must have permission to upload event media and must follow applicable privacy laws.

Availability

Rendering and messaging rely on third-party services and may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. The platform does not guarantee that every guest will have a match.

Content rights

Event organizers remain responsible for rights in uploaded media. Guests receive reels for personal sharing unless the organizer states otherwise.

Organizer responsibilities

Organizers must provide accurate event information, use event-specific access controls, obtain necessary permissions from photographers and attendees, and avoid uploading unlawful, infringing or unauthorized media.

Support and disputes

Report delivery, privacy or payment issues using the contact details supplied with the booking. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable Indian law are not excluded.

Last updated: 13 August 2026. Final commercial terms must also be stated in the signed event proposal or order confirmation.
